Private pool.

Location is not ideal unless you rent a car. The staff should be trained to speak English, I was surprised at how some of the older women at the beach stalls could speak more and better English. The hotel should give them English classes. Should have flexibility for late check out due to it's location. It was very inconvenient for us to rush back t the hotel just to check out at 2pm when we were the only guests there. Even bigger hotels allow late check outs. The menu for breakfast was very limited.

The villa is great, the pool is good and the staff are so helpful and so friendly

taxi drivers didn't know it and how to reach it but the staff gave me a note to give it to the drivers and it helps some times

No room service at night, you need to rent bike or car to enjoy the best this hotel.

Each villa has it's own private pool.. They were just too great to describe..it is a beautiful villa with all facilities.. It's extremely affordable and we enjoyed our stay so much.. I can never forget seastone villa.. It was lovely.. Just too lovely..

Although the location is far from city.. And The environment is too quiet.. But they have 24hrs security... So it's safe..

We liked the extremely friendly staff and the warm welcome we received. All the staff were very accommodating to my disabled mother and could not have been more helpful or kinder. I would most certainly return to the villas without hesitation. The villa was of a high standard and the location to family was fantastic. We felt very safe and secure in the villa. Nothing was too much for the staff to assist with. We have nothing but high praise for the villa and the staff. They made our stay a happy one.

pool,seclusion,but you need taxi to go to any sites,it was very nice to not have traffic noise and they provide to beach ,stores for food but should have more pots and pans to provide for cooking..its fall back only internet worked fine and i had 2 laptops going at the same time.breakfast should also have a better selection but was ok ..the staf was very welcoming..water bugs are near this area ,so if your scared of them dont be they wont bother you and small lizards crawl on the buildings no problem there bug eaters..pool was excellent and very secluded from site of others ..so go naked if you want..they also presented us with a beautiful picture of me and my fiancee in handmade wood frame also set us up with excellent driver suttipong

the fact that no pot was available for cooking rice but used the wok and boiled water this way..the cleaning crew was excellent ,english was a bit not as good but there thai and we communicated rather well with hand signals..:() also get direct directions to this place its hard to find by taxi from airport..its not in luguna

Loved the Villa and the private pool was great, made our day when rain was on outside.. Food was good. And V. nice and helpful crew

Not all staff are fluent english speakers - which is not much of a problem since some are -; Room service did go in to clean room whenever we were away; even when we had a "Do not Disturb" sign on

The rooms were huge, pool was really great.

Location, and air cond very busy,

private pool, rooms in good condition, fine design, breakfast, private parking for each villa, spacious room, beautiful spacious bathroom and shower, quite place. good for long stay for families or travelling with friends, if you have no problem with self-service and exploring surroundings by rented car

nearest beach located 10-15 minutes by car :(((, no beautiful nature around, plain ground without trees, no shops or restaurants, taxi driver can hardly find this place, hotel stuff hardly speaks english, however helpful and friendly

Most of all I like the privacy of the hotel.

The Room was neat , though the Hotel is at remote place.

The service is very poor, and they take too much time to serve food. To tell you the truth I will not promote this Hotel.
